To comply with Data Privacy Protection Act, B.E. 2562, Mingmitr Coffee regards your privacy with utmost importance, and are committed to gather your personal privacy and ensuring that our genuine and legitimate purpose as and Membership facilitator, and our ability to fully and effectively carry out responsibilities as such are met.
Processing Personal Data

• Collection of Information
    Upon your application for Mingmitr Coffee Membership, we collect information about personal circumstances and contact information such as – name, birthdate (optional), email and mobile number for purpose of membership service such as online order, point collection, order history, news and promotion from Mingmitr Coffee.

• Access to Data
    Your personal information is accessed and used by Mingmitr Coffee and/or our authorized representative for the purpose of Membership Application. 
    We only permit your data to be accessed or processed by our authorized units who will hold such information under strict confidentiality. We restrict access to information to just anyone who like to know or obtain such information without justifiable ground.

• Sharing Information
    We may share or disclose your personal information to relevant Thai Authorities, e.g. Tax Authority of Thailand, upon request for investigation and/or review purpose. 

• Right to Privacy

นโยบายการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เพื่อเป็นการปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัติข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ.2562 ทางกาแฟมิ่งมิตร ให้ความสำคัญเป็นอย่างยิ่งต่อการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกท่านที่ใช้บริการระบบสมาชิก ผ่าน Mobile Application ของเรา เราจึงได้จัดทำนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิก (“นโยบายฯ”) ซึ่งนโยบายนี้ จะมีการปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่เป็นระยะๆ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพแวดล้อม ทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และธุรกิจอินเทอร์เน็ต ซึ่งนโยบายฯ นี้ จะช่วยสร้างความมั่นใจ ให้แก่สมาชิกทุกท่าน ที่ใช้บริการระบบสมาชิก ว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี และนำไปใช้อย่างตรงวัตถุประสงค์และถูกต้องตามหมาย เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่สมาชิกทุกท่าน
  1. วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดเก็บและประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
      -	เพื่อประโยชน์ในการให้บริการ เช่น การสะสมแต้ม ตรวจสอบประวัติการซื้อ การประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสาร และโปรโมชั่น
      -	เพื่อประโยชน์ในการติดต่อสื่อสาร ในกรณีพบปัญหาในการบริการ การจัดส่งสิทธิประโยชน์เฉพาะบุคคล เป็นต้น
  2. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่จัดเก็บ
  จัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามแบบฟอร์มการสมัครสมาชิก ประกอบด้วย ชื่อ, วันเกิด (ไม่บังคับ), อีเมล, และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ 
  3. การเข้าถึงข้อมูล
  ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะถูกเข้าถึงและใช้งานโดย กาแฟมิ่งมิตร และ/หรือตัวแทนที่ได้รับอนุญาตในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และ/หรือประมวลผลข้อมูล ตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้ระบุไว้ ภายใต้การเก็บรักษาข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับ ข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะถูกจำกัดการเข้าถึงข้อมูลโดยผู้ที่ต้องการทราบข้อมูลโดยไม่มีเหตุผลอันสมควร
  สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
